The Unlocking Code must be entered on the same computer that generated the Hardware Fingerprint. Note that each Hardware Fingerprint and Software Key are unique for each computer.

If you do not have email access contact the place you purchased your CD from and give them: Your Name, Serial Number and Hardware Fingerprint, and they will organise your Software Unlocking Code.

In order for us to send you your registration key please submit the following:

Your First Name(s)
Your Last Name(s)
Email Address to send Activation Key to Please note that your Software Unlocking Key and activation instructions will be sent by email to the address you have submitted. Please double check that it is correct
Hardware Fingerprint - Please get the hardware fingerprint off your computer screen. The numbers on instruction leaflet that came with the CD are an example only. Note that all 0 are numerical zeros. Please include the dash if present.
Serial Number on inside of CD cover, or on CD Note that all 0 are numerical zeros. Please include the dash if present.
